The UK Corporate Governance Group is affiliated with the Asset Owner Council (AOC).  

Its aim is to promote and advocate for best practice on UK corporate governance issues specifically. It does this through providing i) a forum for discussion and ii) a dedicated mechanism for collaboration, co-ordination and campaigning on corporate governance issues amongst UK asset owners. 

Like the Asset Owner Council, it is designed to encourage open and honest discussion amongst asset practitioners of UK corporate governance topics.
