The coordinators will oversee the Network’s activities and provide resources to enhance investor understanding of sustainable urban development. This knowledge is crucial for investors to go about fostering more sustainable urban landscapes.

Resources will include:

• Information about sustainable urban planning and green building practices.
• Sessions to share information on emergent sustainable technologies.
• Written resources and case studies to aid members with stewardship and engagement discussions.

The Network will act as a repository for public information from investors and experts regarding sustainable projects and initiatives in various companies or industries. While the coordinators may not directly organise all collaborative activities, they will disseminate and support relevant project engagements organised by members or other groups. The purpose will be to assist members in evaluating and understanding the sustainability profiles of different companies and projects with relation to the built environment.

Facilitate Integration of Sustainability in the Investment Chain:

Responding to member interest, the Network will support activities that promote the integration of sustainability throughout the investment chain. This may include:

• Sharing considerations that will help with engagements.
• Providing insights and support for members participating in policy consultations that influence company or investor activities in sustainable urban development.
• Facilitating discussions and sharing strategies on innovative approaches like the use of digital twins in urban planning, energy-efficient housing development, and incorporating healthcare and social needs into urban projects.
