The purpose of this investor statement is for a coalition of Walmart shareholders to publicly voice support for the asks of the four shareholder proposals seeking to advance respect for workers' rights and racial equity ahead of the 2024 Walmart AGM. The assessments and practices requested by proponents of the four named Walmart proposals - including a Racial Equity Audit, Workplace Safety & Violence Review, Human Rights Impact Assessment, and Living Wage Guardrails - are designed to improve worker wellbeing, company performance, and long-term shareholder value.

The final statement with signatories will be sent to the company and published in an ICCR (Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility) press release on Monday, June 3rd, in advance of Walmart's AGM on June 5th.
